Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement through our cutting-edge software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, leveraging our software to streamline the sales process
  • Engage with customers in real-time, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assign leads and follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize arenaflex's software to advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat

  • Engage with customers in real-time, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers and collaborate on follow-up phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in using software and technology to streamline sales processes
