As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
