- Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellations.

- Providing information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions.
- Documenting guest interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Staying informed about hotel promotions and offerings to effectively assist guests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or customer service-related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
