We are seeking experienced Part-Time Product Testers to join our team of independent contractors working from home nationwide in the US. As a Product Tester with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, earn a competitive hourly rate, and gain valuable experience in the exciting field of product testing.Main Responsibilities
As a Product Tester with arenaflex, your main duties will include:- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
- Participating in private chat rooms that are opened by a market research firm to discuss the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements
To be successful as a Product Tester with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
- Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Be honest and reliable
- Good communication skills are an asset
- 18 years or older
