About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Communicating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good command of English
- Managing customer data and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
* Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level, both spoken and written)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Familiarity with the travel industry and its complexities
