Job Description

arenaflex is currently seeking an Experienced Contact Center Customer Service Representative – Inbound & Outbound Calls for one of our top clients in Irving, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, orders, inquiries, complaints, and other customer-related issues. You will also place outbound calls to resolve account status, complaints, and account collection issues, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

* Work significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional results

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed solutions to customers
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call abandonment rates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty

Job Requirements:

* Good customer service skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

• Ability to work 6-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends, for Catastrophic events
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and technology to manage customer interactions and data
