We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more within our SailPoint implementation.

About the Role
As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in enhancing our protection and governance posture. You'll work with international-class software and platform groups to design and implement software integrations that meet our scalable and agile needs. Your expertise in SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and troubleshooting will be invaluable in ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more within our SailPoint implementation
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint

Minimal Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
