Job Summary

As a remote agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You will undergo comprehensive paid training from the comfort of your home office, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. With a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional experiences that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a remote agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a remote agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Great customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional verbal communications
  • Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
  • Comfortable independently troubleshooting computer issues
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Technical Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, you will need to maintain the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment
  • Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
  • Stand-alone monitor at least 24 inches, with two monitors recommended
  • Hard-wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk
  • Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training

Physical Requirements

This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts.

  • Competitive pay rate of $16.50/hour, with an additional $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 11:59 pm

Availability

We are seeking remote agents to work three shifts per week, with one being Saturday or Sunday. Select start time between 8:00-10:00 a.m., end time 6:00 p.m. CST. You may request one weekend off per month, with some weekends during special promotions and holiday peak excluded.

Paid Training

Our comprehensive paid training program will take place Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST for two weeks. Various start dates are available from September through October.
