Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers daily to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an ideal candidate:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
