Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative

  • International Shipping Support: Assist customers with international shipping, providing customs clearance, translation, and other services to ensure that packages meet all necessary requirements for delivery.
  • Transaction Conclusions: Conclude transactions with accuracy, including the sale of shipping materials and service offerings.
  • Active Listening: Use active listening techniques to gather information and understand the customer's perspective, providing relevant solutions that address their specific needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications
