Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and processing customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products and view prompts on screens to follow directions for tasks
• Troubleshooting problems and ensuring product meets quality requirements
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
• Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable) and working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Preferred Qualifications
