Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full stack data scientist to join our team of data-driven professionals. As a senior data scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data science solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement advanced data science solutions using machine learning, predictive analytics, and cloud computing
- Build and deploy predictive models, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection
- Utilize cloud computing on Azure/Databricks, querying in Snowflake, and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Collaborate with finance, research, software development, and business leaders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners
- Work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing needs, and delivering results under ambiguity
- Contribute to economic decisions within the organization and lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, predictive analytics, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a STEM field, such as a master's or Ph.D.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models
- Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages
- Experience with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to inform business decisions
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection
- Experience with cloud computing, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud data stores and serving engines
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments
- Advanced degree in conveying rigorous technical standards and issues to non-experts
- Experience working in a dynamic environment, prioritizing needs, and delivering results under ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning
