Role Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and brand initiatives to provide expert advice and support to customers

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • A passion for and understanding of arenaflex's brands, customers, and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
