Role Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and brand initiatives to provide expert advice and support to customers
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- A passion for and understanding of arenaflex's brands, customers, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
