Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our evening and weekend shifts. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality service, while maintaining a positive and family-feel work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
- Excellent listening comprehension skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish/English Bilingual
- Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with inbound call center software and systems

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
