Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts with providers, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve quality
• Negotiating contracts with top-tier providers to secure the best possible terms
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal clients and external providers
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence
• Developing and executing RFI/RFP processes to identify and select top-tier providers
• Analyzing bids and proposals to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement
• Preparing and executing clear, based negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Preparing and executing contracts, as well as carrying out post-award administration
• Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicating and documenting to management the reputation of any significant outside relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
• Analyzing marketing business trends and situations that affect internal stakeholders and outside providers and/or pricing
• Participating in professional development activities to stay current with contemporary business best practices
• Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Showcasing expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
• Demonstrating experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements
• Having experience working with a legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services class sourcing

• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels

• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Knowledge of:

+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and situations + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory history is a plus

Required Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
