The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the ordering process, addressing post-order inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a range of software tools to address client inquiries and collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
- Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns
- Work with a dynamic team to achieve department goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in software tools, such as CRM systems and email management tools
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with luxury goods or high-end fashion brands
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with international shipping and logistics
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and software tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Base pay ranging from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
