As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with valued sellers and customers, providing elite service and ensuring seamless experiences for both parties.

Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide real-time assistance. Your role will involve:

  • Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers through phone and email interactions
  • Investigating and resolving customer experience issues, determining fault, and providing fair and constructive solutions
  • Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
  • Navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
  • Collaborating with the team to advance skill sets and achieve individual and team goals

Your Journey with arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will progress as follows:

  • 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex's operations and the live event industry. Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
  • 60 days in: Investigate customer experience issues, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers and navigate order queues to provide real-time assistance.
  • 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Work Environment and Schedule

* Office Location: Coppell, TX

  • Work Schedule:

+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and all in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. + Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off

Compensation and Benefits

* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility

  • Bi-annual bonuses
  • Annual equity grant
  • Overtime eligibility for any hours worked over 40/week
