Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, handling goal-oriented projects and tasks with ease. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, people-oriented, and team-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Communicate with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, handling goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Follow detailed instructions, efficiently execute multiple tasks at once, and communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
  • Adapt quickly to changes and modifications, thinking critically to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Previous experience with data entry and appointment scheduling
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
