Responsibilities
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
- Advising clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they find the best solutions for their needs
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences through personalized support and guidance
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- An active Personal Lines resident license, with the ability to sell insurance products
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and systems
- A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature
- The ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid U.S. address for residence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Nice-to-haves

- Bilingual skills in Spanish, with a higher pay rate available for those who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
