Associate Customer Care Professional, Credit Union (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Associate Customer Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Bank Call Center, you'll provide unparalleled service to members, prospects, and arenaflex affiliates, handling a variety of account servicing needs and making product recommendations based on the assessment of those needs.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling sensitive telephone communications with callers, which may include highly confidential information and influencing behavior through verbal communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing member accounts in a prompt, efficient manner, providing correct, thorough responses to needs and requests.
- Opening new accounts for new and existing members.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to identify service and product needs as a way to leverage contact with supporting sales teams.
- Educating callers on benefits, features, and applicable solutions to promote first-call resolution.
- Responsible for keeping current on product offerings, new marketing pieces, and changes to policies/procedures.
- Processing financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (college degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of prior customer service or financial service industry experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Proficient in a variety of mainframe and PC-based applications in a multi-tasking environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intense environment with potential for stress
- Fosters teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $16.77 - $22.68 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors arenaflex deems important.
