Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues related to healthcare insurance, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare insurance, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide personalized support to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to educate customers about their healthcare benefits and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
