Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead the development of cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop start-to-finish solutions that meet business objectives
• Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and controlling large datasets using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders and teams

• 3 years of experience in technical program management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
