Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information for potential clients, setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns, and making introductory calls to schedule meetings. You'll also perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

* Research contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnels

  • Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
  • Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to:

+ Filing + Photocopying + Faxing + Mailing

  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, research, and customer service

  • Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a sales or marketing team

Physical Demands & Work Environment

* Occasionally required to stand

  • Continually required to sit and to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually required to talk or hear
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds

Work Schedule

We're looking for a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant to work up to 28 hours per week, with a preferred schedule of:

  • Monday, Wednesday: 8:30am - 3:00pm
  • Thursday, Friday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
