Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with poise and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions and not excuses
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions where required
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
- Developing rapport with customers, showcasing an upbeat and positive attitude
- Offering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
