What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions as required
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
- Developing rapport with customers through an upbeat and positive attitude
- Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
What We're Looking For
We're searching for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
- Excellent customer service attitude and a positive outlook
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
- Friendly, confident, and a self-starter personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and quick troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
