Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks, including:
* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with exceptional service standards
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer feedback
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
