Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether it's through phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to resolve their issues and provide solutions.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers feel heard and valued.
- Knowing our products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice to our customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, to help us improve our services and processes.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, to help us identify areas for improvement.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, to help them develop their skills and provide exceptional support to our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Comfort and experience using computers, including software applications and online tools.
- Experience working in customer support, either in a call center or remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- A positive and empathetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
