What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Here are some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Engage with customers: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our customers.
  • Research and problem-solve: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for someone who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role, where you've had to think critically and provide solutions to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
