Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting Clients: Gathering accurate information and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone
- Handling High-Volume Calls: Providing exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of calls efficiently and pleasantly
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Keeping sensitive information confidential and adhering to our strict data protection policies
- Learning New Software: Developing strong computer skills and learning new software to support our operations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Personal Computer: A working computer with a camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Multi-Language Capability: While not required, proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of customer service experience
- Previous Call Center Experience: Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Remote Work Capability: The ability to work remotely in emergency situations, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
