Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and improve our content portfolio, marketing, and delivery system. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational decision-making
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience working with large-scale data sets and high-performance computing environments
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
