Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You'll assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and review calls from customers regarding their insurance policies

  • Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
  • Process calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in Indiana
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with high-speed internet (Download: 5 Mbps and Upload: 5 Mbps)
  • Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
