Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including claims coordinators and adjusters
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our claims management systems

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
