Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You'll be working with our claims management systems, processing claims information, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile reports from systems with claims information to support decision-making
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or claims coordination)
- Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with claims management systems and data entry software
