Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for a highly motivated and self-managed individual who can thrive in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and detailed responses to address customer concerns

  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate team communication, training, and meetings
  • Analyze customer emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Track multiple issues at the same time
  • Troubleshoot software malfunctions
  • Work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide a thoughtful response
  • Ability to handle multiple issues at the same time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the service industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of household services or related industries
  • Experience working with a remote team or in a virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
