Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling when necessary
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
