Job Overview:
Our client is a full-service self storage company that operates in the day-to-day operations of the self storage industry. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, resolving inquiries, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a full-time sales/management position and take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Call customers with outstanding balances to collect payments and resolve any issues
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Initiate the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees
- Implement a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
* Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task with several windows open on your computer at one time
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Essential Qualifications:
