Experienced Customer Assistant – Remote Focus Group Participant

Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to participate in focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, providing honest and insightful feedback on a range of topics. Some of the specific responsibilities include:

• Participating in online or in-person focus groups, depending on the study requirements
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide detailed feedback
• Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
• Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
• Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
• Having access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Have access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Have a desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
• Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision

Experience

While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. As a remote focus group participant, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
