Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and office management. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow
  • Utilize industry software to perform data entry and other tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Strong organizing and prioritizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with various departments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in recycling or a related field (although not necessary)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
