Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General VA to CEO at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, ensuring excellent written English, attention to detail, and a quick learning ability. You will also be expected to work autonomously and be self-directed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Communicate directly with clients through Basecamp, ensuring excellent written English and attention to detail
- Perform tasks and coordinate tasks of others, including graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and website creation
- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including report preparation, SEO blog proofreading and editing, and lead generation and follow-up
- Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Essential Requirements
* Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
- Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification a plus)
- Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
- Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
- Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

* Video editing experience
- Copywriting experience
- Website creation experience
- Social media management experience
- Online lead generation and follow-up experience
- Product research experience
