Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enter and update customer information in database: Accurately and efficiently enter and update customer information in our database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues or inquiries: Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, providing creative solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions: Accurately document all customer interactions, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge and best practices, and drive team success.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with our high standards.
- Meet weekly and monthly performance goals: Set and achieve performance goals, ensuring that all customer service metrics are met or exceeded.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential for this role.
- Excellent typing skills: Strong typing skills are required, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is essential, with the ability to accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
- Customer service experience preferred: While not required, customer service experience is highly preferred for this role.
- Ability to work independently: The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, is essential for this role.
