Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate – Live Chat (Remote / No Experience) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email
  • Tackling routine questions and more detailed support issues
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our customer support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

Essential Qualifications
