Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences for arenaflex customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Guiding customers through the online shopping process, including website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
- Referring complex issues to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
- Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and shipment details
- Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
Eligibility Requirements
