Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls
- Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
- Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer proficiency, including Windows and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
