Job Summary
As a TikTok Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with TikTok users in real-time, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to an engaging and friendly user experience during TikTok Live events. Responsibilities
As a TikTok Live Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to live chat messages: You'll be responsible for monitoring live chat messages during TikTok Live events and responding to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Addressing user questions and resolving technical issues: You'll assist users with basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring that users receive the support they need.
