Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve discrepancies between eligibility records and enrollment package records
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
- Analyze and resolve errors from multiple reports
- Reconcile eligibility between systems
