Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing personalized support to our clients. Through your skills and knowledge, you will help our clients better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a positive and empathetic way
  • Explain benefits, coverage, and other aspects of our clients' healthcare plans to ensure they have a clear understanding of their options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, healthcare)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in a patient and supportive way
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits and insurance plans
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
