We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our part-time customer support team at arenaflex. About the Role

As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our customers with their daily needs and helping them plan special trips or lifestyles. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
  • Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
  • Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
