Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Providing accurate and timely information about their current plans and products
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with their needs and preferences
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Work at Home Requirements:

To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, we require:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)
  • A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • A reliable computer with the necessary software and applications to perform your job duties

Additional Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
  • High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
  • A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • The ability to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
