Work at Home Requirements:
To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, we require:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)
- A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- A reliable computer with the necessary software and applications to perform your job duties
Additional Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A customer-focused personality and a desire to help people

- A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- The ability to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
