Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they are met
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as necessary
  • Completing call notes and call reports as required and updating them in the CRM
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
  • Ability to work well in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation
