The Role

As a Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer service experience for our customers, stores, and associates. You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to agents, and driving results through exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will be essential in helping us exceed our customers' needs, while building strong relationships within your team and upholding our service level metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Assist agents with technology, professional communication, and career development to help them grow and succeed
  • Build strong relationships within your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication
  • Uphold service level metrics, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive business results and achieve shared goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay ahead of the curve in customer service and operations

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with customer service metrics and performance indicators, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment, with a focus on metrics-driven performance

  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Team Leader)
  • Experience with technology, including CRM systems, customer service software, and other tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products, services, and initiatives, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
